Very early in Control you will encounter a door that requires Clearance Level 1. The game doesn’t introduce anything here, leaving you to believe there may be a key or some way to open it in the immediate area – but there is not. As Control is heavily story orientated, we’re avoiding spoilers here. Clearance Levels are associated with Security Cards that can be found during your time exploring The Oldest House. The first one, one you cannot miss, is introduced during the second mission when you are tasked with heading to the Mail Room so you can find the Secure Line.
