How To Make Someone Leader In State Of Decay 2
In order to get a leader you first need to raise someones rank to hero. They will start out or recruits or civilians, depending on if they are you starter characters or not. Killing zombies, clearing infestations and plague hearts and doing missions for other factions will help you raise up your rank. You need to get someone to the Rank of Hero before you can assign them as a leader. When you get someone to a Rank of Hero they can be assigned as a leader but they might not the leader you want. You can check what bonuses they will give by going to assign them as leader. Head to any bed and click on the icon in the center of with the State of Decay 2 Logo.
click who you want to be leader and you can see what kind of bonuses they bring to the table by scrolling down to their standing. When you go to select them as leader you can also see what crafting bonuses they will give you as well. Be careful on who you pick as leader, the only way to change is by exile or death.
