Whenever you complete missions, fight in the Abyss or try your luck in the Arena, your characters weapons and armor will deteriorate over time. Once you have unlocked the ability to build the Smithy in your town, build it. Once the Smithy has been constructed, the trusty blacksmith Lond takes the helm.

You can speak with Lond at the Smithy whenever you are in town. He offers a number of different options, one of which is Repair. Simply select the Repair option and then you can either repair items individually or repair all damaged items on your person.
