Can You Sell Items And Trinkets In Darkest Dungeon 2?

The short answer on if you can sell items or not is no. You cannot sell items or trinkets in Darkest Dungeon 2 currently. If you go to the Inn, Hoarder, or any other shop you will get no options to sell. Now that isn’t to say this won’t change down the line, the game is in early access after all. But currently, there are no options to sell items, only get rid of them. It is possible there is an event I just haven’t seen yet that allows you to sell trinkets, but it’d be very rare if I’ve missed it so far.

You can help make room by equipping combat items and dropping old trinkets you won’t be needed anymore. The higher rarity ones you might want to hold onto, in case you need that extra resistance for certain fights or not. Then if you add extra storage to your caravan you can hold even more and the selling thing isn’t as big of a deal.
