The objectives for the mission are located on the map, so tracking down your targets is not difficult. Some of the fights can be challenging but as long as you’re of the appropriate level, they are not that difficult. Once you take down your target you will need to search the body and the surrounding area for information. Once the information has been found, the objective changes, asking you to send the information to Regina.

To do this, open your phone. Don’t call Regina, you want to select the messages option. Once you’re in the messages screen search for Regina’s name. You will see all of the messages she’s sent you previously and any of your replies. You want to search for the ones that say “Cyberpsycho Sighting: X”, the X being the name of the target. There will also bee a small “Reply” box in yellow next to that title.

Click that message. That will send the reply that completes the objective.
