Whilst you are in your ship press “Down” on the directional pad. This will bring up a small options menu. Navigate to the left and find the “Utilities” menu, click to enter. How To Switch On Foot
If you are outside your ship, you can also switch perspective. Note: The perspectives remain regardless of the ship perspective. For example, if your ship is set to third-person and you vacate your vehicle, you will transition to whatever your foot perspective is set to.
