The Division 2 features three unique Strongholds for players to complete. This guide will explain How To Unlock Capitol Building Stronghold In The Division 2 as two of the three Strongholds are available once you reach the appropriate level but the Capitol Building Stronghold is not available.

Strongholds are part of The Division 2’s end-game content. They are difficult instances that feature a series of objectives, increasingly difficult enemies and a number of boss battles you must complete. While it’s maybe possible to complete them solo, it’s highly recommended that you tackle Strongholds with at least two people in your squad.

How To Unlock Capitol Building Stronghold In The Division 2

The Capitol Building Stronghold is on the Far East of the Washington D.C map in The Division 2, in the East Mall region. It has a suggested level of level 28, although you are able to complete it prior. In order to unlock the Capitol Building Stronghold you need to progress through the main story missions.

Before you are able to complete the Capitol Building Stronghold, you need to complete the Roosevelt Stronghold mission on Roosevelt Island. This becomes available much earlier in the story but must be completed to access the final Stronghold.
