Unlike other games in the Kingdom Hearts franchise unlocking Keyblades in Kingdom Hearts Unchained X isn’t quite as versatile. Currently the easiest and best way to unlock Keyblades is through natural progression in the games story mode.
When you begin Kingdom Hearts Unchained X you have the Starlight Keyblade. This is the only Keyblade you can use until you progress through the story. When you complete each of the worlds in the game, you are given a Keyblade. You can then upgrade these Keyblades and add different medals on them, with each being unique in terms of upgrades and materials.
Other examples of unlocking Keyblades in Kingdom Hearts Unchained X is completing the Dwarven Forest unlocks the Treasure Trove Keyblade and then completing the Alice In Wonderland world unlocks the Lady Lucky Keyblade.
