Once you arrive in the town there is a man standing in the North East corner of the main area. He is standing right next to the tent, near Iris and the store. Walk up to him and speak with him. From here you can navigate to Avatar or Familiar Faces. Select Avatar. From here you can make a new Male or Female avatar, edit your current avatar or switch to another character you’ve already created.
