When you begin Marvel’s Midnight Suns, much of the Abbey grounds are locked away behind various progression gates. As you continue through the story you will unlock abilities for Hunter that let you explore more of the grounds. If you can’t reach a specific location yet, return later once you have unlocked more abilities to gain access to more areas of the Abbey.
You need to complete Night 2 story mission with Agatha. You unlock Words of Power Open, a special ability that allows Hunter to unlock huge stone doors around the Abbey. You can then reach this location. The journal page is sitting atop a stone altar.

In the Blood Gate at this location. Just before you reach the bridge, turn and you’ll see the journal page on some rocks.
Wanda’s Journal Location #3
You need Power Word Reveal to reach Shaw’s Church. Just nearby there’s a journal entry sitting on a rock.
Wanda’s Journal Location #4
In the Everflowing Glade there is a makeshift table made of rocks and stones. You can find this journal page resting on top.
Wanda’s Journal Location #5
This one can be found inside the first Blood Gate. It’s on a table in the main room
Wanda’s Journal Location #6
You need Power Word Purify to reach the Garden of Envy and then access Lilith’s Garden. You’ll find this journal entry near the chest at the broken door.
