It’s worth noting that Online Vendettas are not available instantly. You must progress through the story campaign for a few hours before they become available. You will know they are available once a quest prompt appears on your screen information you of a new Online Vendetta that is available.
Middle Earth: Shadow Of War Online Vendettas Guide
Middle Earth’s Shadow Of War Online Vendettas are a simulated online feature where you enter the world of another player. You cannot meet or interact with the other player at all. They are triggered when a player in another world dies in an area close to your current location. When they die there is a chance that an Online Vendetta will activate. Once activated a prompt will pop up on your screen telling you one is nearby.Look at your map for the large red crossed square. This is the location of the Online Vendetta. When you reach the location you need to activate the mission. You will then be placed into the other players world. It’s usually a simple objective of taking down a primary target, although be sure to complete optional objectives for further rewards.
When you complete Online Vendetta’s you can receive the following rewards:
- Vendetta Loot Chest
- Spoils Of War Experience (Each level grants a Spoils of War chest)
- Gems & Equipment from optional objectives.

Although you can dominate enemies within Online Vendettas, you are unable to bring them back to your game world.
