How To Open The 5th Rune Gate (Fish S X) In Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice
After you enter the gates of Helheim in Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice you’ll be met with your fifth rune door puzzle. This guide will tell you How To Open The 5th Rune Gate (Fish Z X) In Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice so you can keep progressing through the game and eventually, be done with these damn frustrating puzzles.

As with previous doors, make sure you use your third-eye to inspect the door otherwise the runes will not appear. There are 3 runes for this one, one that resembles a fish, one that looks like an S and the final one is basically an X.

There’s a small hidden staircase here you will need to unlock. Head down onto the broken boat and look back at the main building. Line up the shadow of the stairs you can see to create a solid staircase.

Where To Find The X Rune

From the rune door, turn around and head through the arch. As soon as you enter the archway head to the other side of the room, turn again and look up. Near the center of the room are hanging bars. Line these up with the X to collect this rune.

Head up the stairs to the second level and walk around to the opposite side. Turn and look across at the ruins of the boat, you will see the metal bars joined together in the Z shape hanging in the middle of the room.

Head up the stairs to the second level. Follow the walkway all the way around and climb the ladder at the end. Turn and look down into the room and you will notice the red metal bars line up in the shape of the rune.
