When you get to Chapter 7 there will be a few things marked on your map. One of them is another Safe House that you can unlock. Go that direction and a man will be under attack by the Lost. When you enter the parking lot he will ask for help. There are two waves of enemies that come in so be sure to stock up on ammo before going in. There are two oil barrels and a fire hydrant you can use to your advantage in this fight as well. Most of the enemies will come after you but if one starts to climb his truck, shoot it down. After you kill them all he will go into the safehouse, follow.
Talk to him inside and he will ask you to restore the Servers in the Marrow so he might be able to find an escape route. Head down to the Marrows and restart the server. Doing this will spawn more enemies, including a White Lady. You can stealth kill most of the enemies and take their axes to make it easier on you. After you restart the server the boxes will be open and you can start looting them. The important one is back in Sykes safehouse. Inside the container there you will find a Silenced Pistol, which makes the stealth much easier.
