Make sure you have your bow equipped for this one. Getting up to the first level to drain the poison is easy. Use your bow and hit the blue orbs and climb. At the top there will be a level, pull it to lower the first poison part. Now go down below where the poison dropped and hit the next blue orb, this will put a bridge out over the poison. There is another blue orb in the poison pool that puts a bridge through the pool, you can hit it now or wait until later, doesn’t matter a ton. You then need to hit the blue orb and remove the bridge you are on. When it goes out from under you, double jump to the pillar sticking out of the water and jump to the next area.

(I already drained the poison but this is where you need to jump to the pillar.)

From there move to the left and jump up to the next little area. There is a rock up in the top of the area that you need to make come down. When the rock is down, leave it where it is at and use the two orbs on the left and right to make a bridge. You want to activate the left blue orb first and push the stone up on the left bridge. Then activate the right blue orb so it runs into the left bridge. Now push the stone onto the right smaller bridge, then hit the left orb again to remove the left bridge and give the right bridge room to expand. Now push the rock to the switch and you will be in the next area.

Form here use the orbs and bridge to progress a bit further. There is an orb on the ceiling the makes a wall for you, don’t forget to grab that. Keep going until you can hit the switch and drain the poison. In order to get out, you have to go down and around. There is a mini switch on the left side that you need to hit in order to get the exit open. Hit that, and climb your way out. From there you need to work your way down to the lower right part of the map and get your new skill.
