Paper Mario The Origami King Overlook Mountain Toad Locations
Now take the left most path and open the treasure at the end. There is a Toad crumpled up on the opposite side of the chest. Hit him with the Hammer to free him.
The next Toad is near the blue roof area with the resting bench. Go up the side of the mountain and jump onto the blue roof. Follow that to a coin block and a crumpled up Toad.
The next few are all in the same area and they are bugs.
You need to talk behind the bugs and smack them with a hammer to free the Toads. There were three Grasshoppers and one beetle? Not sure what kind of bug it was tbh. Smack the first one then go behind the grass to scare the others out of hiding.
The next Toad is in a rock near the Red 1 pipe, smash it to free him. From there, don’t cross the birdge but instead go behind hte bush between the trees. Drop off the ledge in the back to find a hidden Toad.
Number six is across the bridge. Go around the bridge and towards the confetti hole and fill it up. Smack the wall to get the Toad down and he will leave.
Head through the area that you cleared the Thwomps out of and then take a right instead of a left. Follow the wooden spikes down to the bottom for another crumpled up Toad.
The next Toad can be found near the Shy Guys playing soccer with a folded up Toad. Follow the white fence until you see a break and drop down. Hit the block to reveal the Toad inside.
This one you could get earlier but I missed it until later. Head back to where the Tram is caught up in the Red Streamer and go behind the stairs leading up to Overlook Mountian. You will find eight or so Toads back there all mashed together.
Now head down the path towards where the Shy Guys were playing soccer with a Toad earlier, but don’t go all the way down. Instead, hope off the ledge to the right about halfway down and you will land behind a bush. The bush will spawn a grass hopper and you can hit it to get the Toad.
Come back after you beat the first boss and there will be a Goomba attacking a Toad near the Red 1 pipe again. Defeat the Goomba and the Toad will be free.
