Prison Mail Requests require you to fuse a specific Persona with specific abilities. This Persona 5 Strikers Prison Mail, Part 1 Guide will tell you everything you need to know to fuse an Archangel with the Persona ability, Amrita Drop.
There are a number of Prison Mail Requests in Persona 5 Strikers. Each Request is given automatically when you reach a specific part of the story. You’re tasked with fusing a very specific Persona and ensuring they have a specific move. You’re then tasked with going to the Velvet Room and showing the Persona to the girl inside. The first fusion, Prison Mail Part 1, asks you to fuse an Archangel with Amrita Drop.

Depending on your progress, this mission can be completed in a number of ways. The first step is to fuse a Hua Po. This can be fused using a Succubus & Andras, or Orthrus and Berith. The actual Persona’s you use during this particular part of the fusion process do not matter. Just make sure to fuse a Hua Po. Once the Hua Po is fused, you will need to teach it Amrita Drop. Hua Po learns Amrita Drop at level 14, so increase the Persona’s level until it learns Amrita Drop.
Once it has learned the correct skill, use Hua Po to fuse into Archangel, which requires High Pixie.
