Head into the gym and wrap around the left side. Defeat the trainer and keep going past the first two + signs on the floor. Beat the next trainer and then take the fourth + panel on the floor and it will take you up. Follow that path to another + pad and it will drop you below.

GO fight the trainer and take the next + pad. Cross over the gap and take the next + pad up even higher. When you are up higher take the + pad going up, not the one going right. Follow the path all the way up and beat the trainer. Follow these next + pads all the way around until you face another trainer. Then go down and take the next two + pads to drop down below.

Take out the next trainer and take the + pad. Follow the path to the right and take the red + pad. This will lead you to the boss.
