This is the map you receive from the explorer, and your only clue to finding this treasure. You need to head to Cumberland Falls. On the right side of the waterfall there is a small log sticking out of the waterfall. Climb the log into the waterfall to find the treasure.

The second treasure map leads you to a lake with a small hut, a large rock and a broken tree. Head to Barrow Lagoon, there’s a large boulder on the frozen lake with a fallen trunk on it. Climb across, halfway over you will find the clue.
Red Dead Redemption 2 High Stakes Treasure Map 3 Guide
This one is tough to reach. It’s located North East of Fort Wallace. There are two small peaks here, travel between them and there’s a path leading down to the left. You have to hug the cliff for quite a while, jumping down ledges and walking on narrow surfaces. It’s exactly here on the map:
