Resident Evil 4 Remake Village Chiefs Manor Puzzle Guide

The Village Chiefs Manor has a number of puzzles that make this part quite confusing. In this Resident Evil 4 Remake Village Chiefs Manor Puzzle Guide we walk you through how to complete the Village Chiefs Manor so you can continue with the game and progress through the story.

There are two main elements to this puzzle so we’ll break it down piece by piece. For the first part of the puzzle you want to be on the first floor where you’re given a puzzle with rotating locks that have symbols on it. Solving this one is quite simple. You want to pick the following icons, Corn, Pig, Baby. If the puzzle solution is random, you can find the solution on the 2nd floor in one of the journals. Solving this puzzle allows you to open the cabinet to get a quest item.

Once you’ve done the first-floor puzzle, head upstairs again. The second puzzle is a bit more complicated. You have to rotate this orb that has tons of small balls in it until it matches the shape icon image behind it. It takes a bit of trial and error as it can move in various directions, but check out the video above if you’re struggling. Once you’ve solved both puzzles you can leave the Chiefs Manor and continue with the game.
