Once you caught one return to Oreburgh City and find the man, he’s in the right building at the top of the city, where you find the two multistory buildings.Once you’ve caught yourself a Zubat from the nearby mines, you can return to the man and show him it. Once you show him the Zubat he will inform you that he plans on catching Pokemon now and hands you a Heal Ball, this ball automatically fully heals any Pokemon it catches.
