When you check your missions tab on your in-game phone you will see a variety of different mission types. The blue colored missions are those associated with the main story campaign while side missions are highlighted in green. Below is a list of the side quests we’ve discovered in South Park The Fractured But Whole. Keep your eye on the icons on the map. If a side quest has become available, there is usually a yellow star icon indicating a new event.
At the start of the game head to the right of Cartman’s house to Stan’s house. Speak with Randy outside and you get this side quest. You can’t complete this quest for some time. Follow the main story until you enter your first night mission. You will encounter Randy on route and learn who is keying the car.
After you find your first piece of Yaoi Art, you unlock this quest. There are a lot of Yaoi Art to find. Check out our South Park The Fractured But Whole Yaoi Art Location Guide for more information.
After you find your first piece of Headshot item, you unlock this quest. You can find the first one in the alleyway next to the Post Office. It’s just past the large green dumpster on the right. After you have the item head to the Police Station into the back rooms and the Soft Room. Speak with him there to begin the quest. You need to plant his headshot around town at the following locations:

[list_item]City Hall – On the Community Board outside City Hall.[/list_item]
[list_item]Community Center – Right as you enter the building. Move the stepladder and place the picture on the wall.[/list_item]
[list_item]Tweek Bros Coffee – Inside the shop at the counter[/list_item]
[list_item]Jimbo’s Gun Shop – You need to wait until after the night mission to enter. Inside on the wall.[/list_item]
[list_item]Peppermint Hippo – Enter the front door, move the steps and put the headshot on the wall[/list_item]
[list_item]Stark’s Pond North – On the very far left of Stark’s Pond North. There’s a bulletin board. You need Sandblaster Buddy Power unlocked to clear the lava.[/list_item]
[list_item]School – On the the upper floor of School. You need Fartkour Buddy Power unlocked to get up there.[/list_item]

When you can finally return to the police station to hand it in you get a Idol of Inappropriate Touch and a Fanatic Visage as a reward.
This Side Quest opens up when you complete Mosquito’s mission at Raisins. A short while after you will get a message on Coonstagram and the mission will appear at Raisins. It’s a simple mission. You need to complete the Raisins titles. There’s a group of Raisin girls that spawn next to the Medicinal Fried Chicken. Kill them, enter Raisins, exit and repeat. Once you’ve got all the titles, you complete the sub quest.
After the story section with the strip club and Italian restaurant, head to Jimbo’s Guns and speak with Jimbo. He will ask you to find a wallet he lost the night before. Head into Peppermint Hippo strip club and search the table near the bar. The wallet is on there.
Speak with Super Craig outside Tweek Bros Coffee House. He will ask you to get a laptop back from a friend. Go inside and speak with Tweek, he will tell you to return to Craig. Do that before going to Craig’s House to pick up the Hamster. You need the TimeFart Pause to be able to collect the Hamster.
Kenny’s House. You need to use the Farkour Buddy Power to get on the roof and then again to get on the roof with Gerald sitting naked atop it. You need to find a Cheesing Vial. I already had a few so it shouldn’t be hard to find. Hand in the item to complete this quest and unlock a Summon
I got this during day two while running around. Mosquito asks you to meet at Raisins to help with a problem. It’s a Might 500 level mission. It’s a long fight against strong enemies. I was 240 Might when I did it. Clear them out to clear the side quest.
I got this side quest after unlocking my third class option. Head into Cartman’s kitchen and speak with his mom. She will ask you to hand out some business cards. Head to Skeeter’s bar and give the business cards to the men inside.
You can get this side quest from Big Gay Al who is standing outside of his house. He was there shortly after I unlocked my third class option. He will ask you to find all of his cats. You need the TimeFart Pause ability to complete this quest. When you find a cat use the TimeFart Pause to stop them fleeing and quickly run over and pick them up. Below is a list of all the different cat locations:

[list_item]Big Gay Shadow (Playground) – Exit the playground to the left and you will see a cat near a bush.[/list_item]
[list_item]Big Gay Bono (Woods) – Head left of the Church to the Fast Travel point there. The cat is on a branch. Knock it down, pause time, grab the cat[/list_item]
[list_item]Big Gay Loki (Mall) – On the right side of the mall next to a bush[/list_item]
[list_item]Big Gay Bogie (Canadian Wall) – Above Hillvale Farm. Past the old man. The cat is up in a tree.[/list_item]
[list_item]Big Gay Blossom (Sodosopa) – Use the Fartkour Buddy Power to get to the top. The cat is sitting on a plank of wood at the top[/list_item]
[list_item]Big Gay Kirby (Bebe’s House) – Outside Bebe’s House sitting in a tree.[/list_item]

Once you’ve found them all return to Big Gay Al for your rewards. A Feline Costume Set and Snowcat Costume Set
At the start of the 3rd day. Wendy will ask you to meet Call Girl at the Playground. Head to the Playground and go into the cissies toilets. After speaking with Call Girl, head to D-Mobile. You’ll need to take out some crab people and you complete this side quest.
This is a follow on side quest from Vigilante Marketing. During the 3rd day, when I had joined forces with the Freedom Pals, I got a call to meet Cartman’s mom. Head to his house. Head into the house and beat down the pimp.
This is a follow on side quest from Ghost Reconciler. During the 3rd day, when I had joined forces with the Freedom Pals, I got a call to meet Tweek and Craig at the school. Head to the school, defeat a wave of enemies and save Tweek and Craigs relationship.
During the 3rd day I got a call from Professor Chaos to meet him at the Bank. You may need to clear the Lava first. Head inside the bank, get to the next level in the economic mini-game and then leave to fight the Rednecks with Chaos. Once defeated, the side quest is complete.
At the beginning of the 4th day the Priest will call you and tell you to meet someone by the lake. Head to South Stark Pond. Complete the mission to finish the side quest and finish your character card.
