The greatest power of the universe is unleashed when you stop clenching. Check out this South Park The Fractured But Whole TimeFart Power Guide to learn how to unlock all the Fart Powers, what uses they have in combat and what uses they have to help you explore South Park and reveal its greatest treasures.
Fart Powers are unique special abilities that you can unlock as you progress through South Park The Fractured But Whole. Some of them play vital parts of the overall story of the game while others are more useful in combat or exploration scenarios. Check out the details below so you can unlock every Fart Power in the game.
TimeFart Glitch is the first TimeFart power you unlock. It happens as you progress naturally through the story. This particular FartPower is unlocked during the first night mission when you chase the stripper into the Italian restaurant. When used it reverts certain objects back to a previous state. This is useful for resetting puzzles or gain access to new areas.
It’s combat ability is incredibly useful. When used it reverts the fight to the last step, skipping the enemies turn. This is best used against stronger enemies to void the attack and make them wait a full cycle for their next ability.
TimeFart Pause is another skill learned during the story. Morgan Freeman will teach you a special recipe that you have to make to unleash this new TimeFart Power. Once learned you can use it to pause time. This lets you travel through electrified water, opening new areas and treasures. It’s also vital for some side quests, like catching Big Gay Al’s cats.
In combat it pauses time and allows you to run up and hit enemies. It’s a very weak attack, only really useful to finish off several very low HP enemies at the same time.
This TimeFart Power is one you can miss. During day 3 you can visit Freeman’s Taco’s and purchase a Chocolate Memberito Recipe for $30.00. After that you need to obtain Ms Cartman’s Double Stuffed Brownies and Bucket of Memberberry Juice. The Double Stuff Brownies are a reward from a side quest during day 2, called Vigilante Marketing. The Memberberry Juice is a bit more difficult to obtain. You need the Memberberry Farms Juicer Crank, which you can find on the roof of Skeeter’s Wine Bar. You need the Fartkour Buddy Power to get up there. Destroy the air conditioning unit, the Juicer Crank drops down below. Once you have that head to Memberberry Farm in the North East of town and use the crank to fill the bucket.
This ability has no use outside of combat. In combat it summons a past version of yourself to the battlefield and it will fight with you for a short time.
This is the last TimeFart Power you unlock. You need to wait until very late into the story before this TimeFart Power becomes available. Progress through the game until you are tasked with entering Mephesto’s Genetics Lab. Just as you arrive, and before you enter, Morgan Freeman appears again to teach you a new TimeFart Power.
Outside of combat this power lets you switch between night time and day time, changing the environment around you. During combat, it is only used in very specific boss battles.
