Once you’ve chosen your Superhero persona and explored a little, you’ll be introduced to the missions system. One of the missions has you meeting The Human Kite at his house. This is where you are first introduced to the allies system.

Human Kite

The Human Kite joins as an ally during the main story. You need to complete the Alternate Universes Collide mission and he will join you.

Super Craig

During the mission where you help Super Craig capture his Guinea Pig. After you complete the mission, he becomes an ally.

Mosquito

After you complete the mission where you pick your superheros Kryptonite. Mosquito will join you.

Call Girl

Call Girl joins you as an ally after you defeat the Meth Heads during the main story missions.

Captain Diabetes

After you defeat the Freedom Pals in your first encounter and return to the Coon base it becomes night time. You will automatically meet Captain Diabetes on your next mission.

Mysterion

Mysterion joins as an ally once you have infiltrated the Friend Pals and completed the first mission

Professor Chaos

After you infiltrate the Freedom Pals with Professor Chaos he becomes available as an ally.

The Coon

You unlock The Coon as an ally after you complete the stripper story mission and get into the Italian Restaurant.

Toolshed

Toolshed becomes your ally after you complete the mission where you defeat Professor Chaos at the end.

Tupperware

After you infiltrate the Freedom Pals with Professor Chaos he becomes available as an ally.

Wonder Tweek

After you infiltrate the Freedom Pals with Professor Chaos he becomes available as an ally.

Fastpass

You unlock Fastpass as an ally after Jimmy sends you a message about the Fast Travel system. Interact with two of the Fast Travel stations and Fastpass will join you.
