Skoova unlocks the fishing aquarium back at Pyloon’s Saloon. You can find Skoova near a small lake a short walk from the Saloon. At this location on the map. Once you have recruited Skoova you can begin catching rare fish for the aquarium.
Before you can recruit T-1N8 you need to finish most of the story missions on Koboh so that you can tame the flying creatures. You can then reach this shack on the map. There are multiple enemies here and in the basement of the building you will find T-1N8. Recruiting it to Pyloon’s Saloon allows you to loot its old home for a cosmetic unlock.
You are going to need to be able to use mounts before you can get these two. They are located here on the map, down a canyon.
Using the mount as a boost, jump up the the cliff you normally can’t reach. From there you can jump across the platforms and fight the mini boss. Don’t forget to talk to them after.
Phili will be your first recruit from a different planet. She can be found on Jedha and I am 99% sure you have to find her during the story. While you are searching for the Pilgrims Path you will eventually run into a crypt.
If you go up and around the downward path you took to the crypt, you should see one of those big pillars you pull out of the wall. Use that to get up and then look for the nearest wall jump. The wind will blast you in the right direction. Follow it up and you will find her.
Another story related recruit that you can’t get until you get the force lift power.
You need to lift the pillar out of the swamp and climb it. At the top, turn around towards the hut to find another pillar. Jump and dash to climb that one and find the data pad at the top.
