How To Store Items In Prey

How To Store Items In Prey
One of the first problems you will encounter playing Prey is the lack of inventory space. You can increase the amount you can carry but it’s also possible to store items away safely. This guide will tell you where and how to store items in Prey.

How To Store Items In Prey

Due to the nature of the game its unrealistic to expect a global bank or a typical storage solution deployed by games today. However, Prey is filled with thousands of containers that you can loot but you can also use them to store items as well. I chose to use the safe inside my office as you return there numerous times, it’s relatively easy to get to and it’s easy to remember where my items are stored. You can use any box you choose but I would suggest sticking your items somewhere you visit often.

When you interact with a storage container, box or safe, press the key to search. This brings up a box. If the container is empty, you’ll just see empty boxes. You can then press left to go to your own personal inventory. From there use the “Transfer” option you see at the bottom of the screen. This will move items from your inventory into the storage container.

As you reach the climax of Prey you're given yet another decision to make. This Prey Guide Destroy Talos 1 Or Use The Nullwave Device tells you what happens when you make the near final choice of destroying Talos 1 or wiping out the Typhons.
Prey is filled with decisions that influence the end of the game, many of them you may not know about. However, there's one choice you'll make regardless. This Prey Kill Them All Or Take Alex's Hand guide will tell you what happens if you choose to kill them all or take Alex's hand. This is the final choice in the game, so expect big spoilers.
Prey features a few missions that will test your morale compass. Choosing whether to kill or free the prisoner, destroy the shuttle or let it land and now, to transfer or delete this data. This Prey Mikhaila's Father Guide - Transfer Or Delete The Data goes over the choices you will face during the mission as well as the outcome of each choice and its immediate effects.
Prey will test your very morale fiber in many ways. One of which is deciding whether to remote detonate a shuttle or let it land. This Prey Shuttle Advent Guide - Destroy The Shuttle Or Let It Land will tell you the outcomes of both situations so you can make a choice based on what you want to happen.
