Super Dragon Ball Heroes World Mission Battle Types Guide
SDBH features a robust, in-depth and rewarding combat system with many different mechanics. This Super Dragon Ball Heroes World Mission Battle Types Guide explains the basics behind the three different Battle Types that cards can be associated with.
When a card is on the battlefield you will notice a colored card under the characters model. There are three different colors to look out for here, Red, Blue and Purple. These each represent the different types of characters, Hero Type, Elite Type and Berserker Type, respectively. Each type has a different purpose in combat, has access to different types of abilities and can utilize co-op attacks with different effects. Below is a quick break down of each of the different Battle Types in the game.
Hero Type
Elite Type
Berserker Type
Co-Op Bonus Attacks
If you attack with two or more heroes from the same Battle Type, there is the potential for a Co-Op Bonus. For the Co-Op Bonus to initiate, you must hit a “Perfect” on the Charge Attack mini-game. For example, if you attack with two Hero (red) Types and hit a perfect, you will receive an increase in attack power and potentially Hero Energy. Using this can result in collecting enough Hero Energy to use a Super Attack this turn, whereas previously you may not have had enough.
Hero Type (Red Cards)
Co-op bonus increases attack power level and Hero Energy
Elite Type (Blue Cards)
Co-op bonus recovers stamina
Berserker Type (Purple Cards)
Co-op bonus destroys opponents Hero Energy
