The Division 2 features a huge variety of character customization options. You can unlock new clothes, unlock new Outfits and discover tons of mix and match items that you can wear. One such item are Masks. You can access your characters appearance option but opening the Apparel tab in the character menu. From here you can equip different Apparel items, including Masks. However, there’s a good chance you’ve gone through the entire story and you’ve yet to unlock a single mask.
Masks are very rare. Currently, we’ve only found one as a drop from a special Hunter secret boss. We know there are more Hunters in the game so we’re sure to come across more, we’ve just got to take them down.
