The Elder Scrolls Blades Town Building Guide

The Elder Scrolls Blades Town Building Guide
Upgrading your town and attracting new citizens is key to progressing in ES Blades. This The Elder Scrolls Blades Town Building Guide covers the basics of constructing different buildings in your town, upgrading them, increasing your Prestige and unlocking new features.

A lot of the different buildings you can construct when you level up your town are available as soon as you have the materials. Typically, they are not locked completely behind progress or story missions so, with enough grinding, you can have access to these facilities very early in the game.

Your town represents your central hub for everything in The Elder Scrolls Blades. It’s where you go to repair items, find new quests, craft new items and even change your race and appearance. As you progress through the game you will unlock new buildings that can be placed that offer new features and facilities.

Prestige

Prestige Represents your towns overall level. As your Prestige increases and once it reaches a certain amount, your town will increase in level. Increasing your towns level opens a huge variety of bonuses and benefits. You can unlock additional buildings, add new building styles, there’s a lot of choice as you progress and continue to expand.

Prestige increases with each building you place. The bigger the building, the more Prestige you earn. However, it becomes more beneficial to construct basic houses rather than spamming three blacksmiths as it’s better for resources and offers a similar Prestige gain overall.

Town Upgrades

As you town increases in Prestige and gains new levels, you unlock new things. With each level you unlock new buildings that you can place, new upgrades you can utilize and sometimes, special premium packages. The premium packages offer you the chance to instantly purchase enough materials to create the building you just unlocked and normally, some additional decorative items as well. These are not required to progress.

When you can upgrade buildings simply interact with the building, not the NPC, and select upgrade. You can change the style or upgrade the functionality. Below is a breakdown of what becomes available in your town as you progress and level up your Prestige.

  • Alchemy Laboratory
