After you first put on your gas mask during the story. As you enter, there’s a small room. Inside the small room is a safe. The combination can be found on a nearby wall, a picture of Employee of the month. It shows a dog won on July 2013, making the combination: 072013
This safe can be found inside a tiny building at the Gate West 2 location on Madison Street, at the West end of the street. The code is found on the same document you got the Main Gate code from, the combination is: 0451
After you clear out the first floor and go down the stairs. Before you drop down the elevator shaft, check out the room at the end. Smash the window to get inside and find the safe. The combination can be found on the nearby whiteboard, it is: 860722
Head to this location on the map and enter the bank. Follow the path underground to reach the vault. The Shotgun is here, the code is: 602306 and found on a nearby piece of paper in a satchel on the floor
During the story, a short while after you find Tommy’s dead horse. You will eventually arrive inside a house, with its garden covered in explosive traps (Its before you open the back of the van with the love painted onto it). There is a safe inside. Outside the room there’s a note on a cork board. It gives you all the numbers apart from 1. Check inside the bathroom for Staci’s phone number on the wall. You need the last 6 digits. The code is : 550133
After you meet the Shamblers in the sewers and you go through the door where Dina uses a small metal table to prop it up. There will be a door on your right. There is a note on the table that gives a hint at the next clue. The combination is: 15243
After a short distance into the Hillcrest level you will come across a Liquor store and some other shops, you can’t miss it – it’s shortly after you have to move the dumpster to progress. In one of the nearby buildings is the code, stuck to a notice board in a kitchen. If you go behind the Salon there is a small garage, inside is the safe. The combination is: 308265
On the Route 5 level. Follow the progression until you reach this area, it’s just before the game gives you the L3 to view the hospital option. Climb up to the second story and enter the apartment on the right, there is a locked safe inside. You can find the combination by looking at the anniversary date on the calendar. The combination is: 081083
On the mission where you are heading to the hospital. When you are right next to the hospital, after you climb across a rooftop and drop down a ladder into deep water. There’s a pharmacy here. Head into the Pharmacy and crawl through the hole in the wall to find the safe. The code for the safe can be found under the till at the checkout. The combination is: 385523
This safe can be found during the mission where you are heading to the Aquarium. Once you obtain the boat progress until you reach the gate that blocks your path. You can find the code on a piece of paper near a dead body immediately after you must leave the boat to open the shutter. To access the area with the safe, go up the stairs and move the container. You can then prone and sneak under the rubble. The combination is: 701264
This one can be found on the mission where Abby is trying to get to Owen at the Aquarium. Follow the story until you reach this alley, there’s shops along bothsides. The safe is inside the Jasmine Bakery. To find the combination for this safe you need to enter the X and walk upstairs. On the top floor there is a jump you can make to the building opposite. Jump across and take a left, in that left room is a piece of paper that has the combination. The combination is: 689689
Following the main story, Abby will eventually find herself on a cruise ship. After you find the crossbow (you can’t miss it, it’s part of the story) walk to the very end of the passageway and you will find a piece of paper sitting atop a camping bed. Read the paper to find out the combination. Go to the top deck of the ship, you will find the safe there. The combination is: 907701
On the mission when the young boy is taking Abby to the bridges on the tall buildings. A short way through the level you will jump into an apartments window. There’s a table with a large whiteboard map on it. Inspect the note on the table to get the clue about the combination, two different peoples apartment numbers. The combination is: 302304
After you cross the skybridge and Abby falls into a pool down below. You will enter a gym. The other side of the gym, inside a door, is a safe. You can find the combination in a nearby juice bar, a piece of paper stuck to a cork board. The piece of paper tells you that the combination for the safe is the same as the Wi-Fi, which can be found on the wall in the gym. The combination is: 121879
