Your first bottle of pills can be found when Ellie and Dina dismount to check out some houses in the snow. Go into the trailer with the open door and you can find the pill bottle on the bed.
When you find the dead moose, head into the building and you’ll run into a blue locked door. Go around the outside and through the window to enter that room, the pills are in the sink.
When you put your gas mask on and enter the next building, you will enter a kind of kitchen area. There is a locker in the corner with some supplements inside of it.
Your first set of supplements can be found up in a tower near the large gate during this part. When you go behind the gate alone there are two buildings. The first building is the generator fence and the next one has the button for the large gate. Use a bottle or brick to bust out the window in the second building and climb out. Climb up the tower to find some supplements and other goodies.
Yours might be a little different depending on which building you enter first. When you enter the Synagogue, you will have to exit by swinging and jumping off a rope. Before you exit, enter the room at the end of the area to find some pills on the desk.
After you get into the subway tunnels and escape the clickers, you will be in a train. Follow it to the end and you will get some supplements and some ammo.
Inside the grocery store near the liquor store you can find some more supplements. Break the windows in the back and head into the room there to get them.
