They are typically found at points of interest (? markers) locations on any given map, and each grant a free Ability Point as well as a temporary buff for a specific sign. White Orchard Place Of Power Guide

Location: South of Broken Bridge
Buff: Quen Sign Improved
Reward: Ability Point

Location: Furthest Northern point of interest from The Mill
Buff: Ard Sign Improved
Reward: Ability Point
Notes: Monster Nest nearby but level 2, easy

Location: Take the North road out of Sawmill, it’s the point of interest to the North East
Buff: Axi Sign Improved
Reward: Ability Point

Location: Follow the path South West of the Ransacked Village cross the bridge. The Place of Power is the point of interest South West a distance from the road.
Buff: Yrden Sign Improved
Reward: Ability Point
Notes: There’s a level 6 Bear that roams nearby. It is possible to collect the Place of Power without engaging in combat but not easy. It’s a tough fight but doable at level 3 onwards.

Location: North of the Mill at the graveyard
Buff: Igni Sign Improved
Reward: Ability Point
Notes: Level 6 Wraith appears when you approach the Place of Power. Easy fight from level 3 onwards, use Yrden Sign for easy dispatch

Location: North East of Cackler Bridge
Buff: Quen Sign Improved
Reward: Ability Point
Notes: Small nest nearby, level 2 enemies

Location: South West of Reardon Manor and North West of Downwarren. Near Dragonslayer’s Grotto

Location: Furthest North Western point of the map. North West of Harpy Feeding Ground, Lornuk. A castle on the shore. The Place of Power is near the shoreline

Location: Middle South of the map. South from Downwarren to The Orphans of Crookback Bog, then South East to the cave entrance. You’ll see the Place of Power nearby.

Notes: Werewolf is nearby for a quest


Location: In Novigrad City near the Fire Temple. Go as far north as you can go in the city and you will run into it.
Buff: Igni Sign Improved
Reward: Ability Point
Notes: Electors’ Square waypoint it close to it.

Location: South east of Alness, up on a cliff.
Buff: Axii Sign Improved
Reward: Ability Point
Notes: You will have to jump the gap to get up to it.
