Two Point Hospital Training Guide

Two Point Hospital Training Guide
Training Doctors, Nurses and Janitors is vital to your success. This Two Point Hospital Training Guide will walk you through the basics of training your staff to specialize in different fields of the medical industry to ensure you have a qualified team to deal with any situation, or not.

Two Point Hospital Training Guide

After you’ve learned the basics through the first few hospitals, you will eventually unlock training. This unique feature allows you to train Doctors, Nurses and Janitors to be better at specific tasks. Want a Janitor that is machine fixing, well, machine? Or maybe Dr Diagnose that can literally diagnose a condition simply by licking the sweat from your forehead.

Firstly, you need to make a Training Room. It’s very important that you leave enough space. You can place as many Trainee Desks as you can fit in the room, and each desk can be used to train one of your employees. One of the missions requires you train 20 staff, so having a room with 5-10 Training Desks can really speed up that process.

Once your room is ready, you can begin preparing your ultimate dream team of negligent staff and under qualified, overpaid doctors. When you recruit a new employee they will come with a star rating, one through five. For each star rating that can have a single trait, marked by the circular icons.

These traits are vital once you reach the latter stages of the game. This is where you need to play smart. You can drag any of your employees into the training room or select them via the training menu, choose a trait to learn and who is going to teach it. I would advise you always use a third-party tutor as training can be quite slow, so you want to make sure you have some employees left to pick up the slack.

Choose your traits carefully. A doctor with level III diagnosis will be fantastic in a GP’s Office where the #1 goal is to diagnose the condition. You could also throw in some traits to improve interactions with patients. However, training a nurse in similar won’t be as useful as they are typically tied to treating, so you would want to stack that trait.

It’s important that you try to cover all bases. You can also train a specific doctor to become a tutor, which can save you money in the long run but takes up a valuable trait slot. Training also allows you to fill gaps in your current skillset, so be sure to look out for that.
