You first stumble upon a Hidden Chamber during one of the objectives of the first story mission. It’s a large stone door with a blue, magic-like shield in front of it. None of your attacks or abilities can penetrate the shield so you will have to ignore them for now.

You will come across many more Hidden Chamber Doors on your travels but you will have to ignore them for some time. Once you are about 7-8 main quests in on your Journey tab in the Goals menu, you will enter a story objective Behind the Lock. Once you complete this objective you are awarded with a Magical Chisel. Armed with this chisel you can now visit all of the Hidden Chamber’s you’ve discovered and gain access via a quick and easy mini-game.
