When Professor Chaos becomes your ally, one ability is locked. This guide will tell you How To Unlock Professor Chaos’s Last Ability In South Park The Fractured But Whole so you can unleash his full arsenal. The devastating power of hiring Mexican minions to fight by your side.

After you infiltrate the Freedom Pals with Professor Chaos he becomes available as an ally. At this point you will probably notice that, unlike the other characters in the game, his final ability is locked. It is locked because when Coon & Friends defeated Professor Chaos, he lost his funding and was unable to pay his works their salary so they quit.

In order to get the ability back you need to complete the side quest Always Bet On Chaos. This becomes available during the 3rd day when Professor Chaos calls you and asks you to meet at the bank. Complete the economic mini-game and you will get a loan for Professor Chaos. Your next battle with him, now that he has enough to pay his minions, will unlock the ability to summon minions during combat.
