Complete the Lords of War Secondary Mission in Colorado Springs. After you complete most of Colorado Springs and you’ve completed the Bizarre, you will get a radio message from Dead Red asking you to break someone out of prison. After you free and recruit Ironclad, you will find a dying man on a bed. Search the chest in the nearby room for this book.
A quest from the theater at the Bizarre sends you to the Monster Army Bunker. Inside the bunker, in the final room with the stage, there’s a duffle bag. Open the bag to get this doll which provides +1 Penetration.
This one appears to have some bug problems. It was there for one of us on a single player mission, not for another, and wasn’t there in multiplayer. It’s a dig spot here, in the Machine Commune, once you leave the main building.
Just before you ride the Gondola up to Little Hell in Aspen, search the bunker in the South East corner of the area. There’s a small green bag in the corner of the room. Search it to find this Creepy Doll.
There is a room in the Guest Suites section of Little Hell in Aspen. There’s a cage in the room. Next to the cage is a small bag. Loot the bag to find this Creepy Doll.
Another one in a side area. It’s near Aspen and you need maximum level anti-radiation on your vehicle. You will find the Creepy Doll in a very dark room at the end of the corridor. It’s just before the room with the 2nd fight.
The Abandoned Oil Well is on the far East side of the map, South of the Ghost Town. When you first arrive there’s a group of men standing around a machine. Attempt to attack them and they will vanish, leaving behind a loot pile that contains the Creepy Doll.
To reach Godfisher Windfarm you need to head to the South East corner of the map and enter Yuma County. Once inside, the entrance to Godfisher Windfarm is to the East. The box is here on the map but be careful, it’s surrounded by traps.
Hyper Heather is the last one you will likely find and she is at the Yuma Speedway. Take out Liberty in whatever way you see fit and the doll is in a locker in Liberty’s garage.
We are still working our way through the game so check back soon for updates on more Creepy Doll locations.
