What Does The Moogle Medal Do In Final Fantasy 7 Remake

What Does The Moogle Medal Do In Final Fantasy 7 Remake
The Moogle Medal is an item in FF7 Remake but where do you find it and What Does The Moogle Medal Do In Final Fantasy 7 Remake? Well, we can answer at least part of that question but there’s a shroud of mystery surrounding the items true purpose in the demo.

The Final Fantasy 7 Remake demo includes the first mission of the game, blowing up Mako Reactor 1. It’s relatively short, about 30-40 minutes depending on how much you explore and how quickly you come to grips with the combat. We’ve already ran through it half a dozen times trying to find any potential secrets, and the Moogle Medal may just be one.

Unfortunately, we don’t think the Moogle Medal does anything at the moment. We’ve searched every corner of the map, trying to find areas it may open or items it may interact with, but we came up short. They are relatively rare. We didn’t discover one on our first two play-throughs, but on a subsequent session we found two in a single run. They are a random item found when destroying the Shinra boxes scattered throughout the demo.

It’s very possible that the demo uses an identical loot table to the main game, meaning certain items that are useful later would still appear in the demo. It’s still possible the Moogle Medal has a function, we’ll be sure to update the post if we can figure it out.

Blaine "Captain Camper" Smith is one of the original founders of Gamers Heroes. Now operating under the guise of Editor-in-Chief (purely because we felt the position was needed for public relations purposes), he's tasked with a lot of the kind of jobs that would put you to sleep at your desk. When he's not catching some Zs, you'll likely find him arguing points he knows nothing about, playing the latest rogue-like he'll never complete, or breaking something on the website that never needed fixing.
