What Does Well Rested Do In The Sims Mobile
The Sims Mobile introduces many new elements to The Sims franchise, one of which is the Well Rested buff. You may be a little confused at first but this article will explain what does Well Rested do in The Sims Mobile. In the game every Sim has an Energy stat. This is singly the most important stat in the game as unlike the others, it cannot be replenished via a simple three minute shower or eating a quick snack from the fridge.

The Well Rested buff is not explained in-game but it is available to see whenever you interact with a bed. Interacting with any bed, regardless of object quality, provides a number of options including Sleep, Relax In Bed, Woohoo and Long Sleep. The Long Sleep option has additional information underneath that reads: Makes Sims well rested. So what does it do?

The Well Rested buff, available after sleeping 6 hours, is a fantastic way to improve your Sims actions the following day. Whether you’re trying to increase the level of your Hobby, max your Career or get to level 10 relationships, the Well Rested buff offers double the returns on many actions.

You can tell which actions are benefited by the Well Rested buff as they are highlighted in purple. In short, if you’re planning to take a few hours sleep yourself always put your Sims into a Long Sleep. It will make much of your next days activities twice as fast.
