At the beginning of Ooblets, you have a choice to make on what Club to join. We’ve played with each of the basic Ooblets available when you join a Club, all of which are perfectly capable of dancing their way to victory.

What Ooblet Club To Join In Ooblets

Currently, we have not discovered a method that will allow you to change Clubs in Ooblets. You are able to start a new game whenever you please so while the choice appears to be permanent, there’s nothing stopping you from starting afresh if you don’t like your chosen clubs Ooblet. Below we break down each of the clubs basic principle, as shown in-game, and provide a breakdown of each of the Ooblets special abilities.

Each Ooblet has a unique special ability but they also have their own decks. Some boast higher scoring single moves, while others can perform better when using multiple dance moves in combination.

If You Choose Frunbuns

If You Choose Frunbuns
Frunbuns are the perfect club for those that love all things cute and cuddly. Choosing this club will give you Frunbuns to begin your adventure. Frunbuns special ability, Glaze Glide, grants you 1 Hype. Hype increases the amount of points gained from other cards.

If You Choose Peaksnubs

If You Choose Peaksnubs
Peaksnubs are a club of born leader, successful people, and strong competitors. Choosing Peaksnubs will begin your journey with the Bittle Ooblet. It’s special dancing move is called Pilfer Poker, it steals 4 points from the opponent Ooblet.

If You Choose Mimpins

If You Choose Mimpins
The perfect club for the intelligent explorers, especially those not overly keen on social interactions. This Club grants access to the Ooblet Sidekey. Sidekey has a very exciting special ability, Finite Loop. It allows the next move played to be played twice. This can be combo’d with some very powerful dance moves.

If You Choose Mossprouts

If You Choose Mossprouts
The outdoorsy types, those that love a good adventure, clambering through the woods exploring. Choosing Mossprouts unlocks the Shrumbo Ooblet. Shrumbo gets a basic but powerful special ability, Shake It. It costs 2 Beats to play and gives you 6 Points towards victory.
