Corsair Down is a random item you can collect that enters into your Pursuits section of your inventory. While its drop rate is random, there’s a very high chance of getting it if you participate in the Divalian Mist Public Event. It’s a difficult event with the suggested Light Level of 540 but even if you fail, you can still often loot yourself a Corsair Down item.

If you inspect your Corsair Down item in your Pursuits section of your inventory, it will give you a slight clue as to where you need to go. You get the Corsair Down very early but it’s much easier to wait until 550ish Light Level so you can freely explore without fear of death. Once you find the body, scan it and defeat the boss.
