Head to the Cabinet Of Curiosities inside the Bizarre. There’s a collection of rare artifacts in here. There’s a large throne, a VR headset, a computer, lots of things you can interact with for some tidbits of lore and story. In the corner of the room, next to the throne, there is a Tarjan machine, much like the one in BIG.

Head up to the machine and interact with it. There’s a few options here but the option you want to select is “Insert Tarjan Coin”. The machine will flutter a bit, make some funny noises and then bless you with an unexpected bonus. Any character that uses the Tarjan Coin on the Tarjan Machine receives the Precognition Perk. It provides a +10% Evasion buff as a perk.

This is a permanent unlock for the character. Further uses of the Tarjan Coins provide random buffs for 10,000 seconds on custom characters. Each main companion can use the coin to receive a permanent buff suited to their specific class.
