Talk to the woman outside and she will mention that she trusts you now since you helped the village. Go inside, talk to the old lady, and she will ask you to look after Fwoofy. If you accept, you will get Cosmog on your team and you can level him up if you want. The Pokemon starts at level five in this instance.
