Where To Find Alolan Rattata In Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu & Eevee
In order to get the Alolan Rattata, you will have to trade with the NPC in the Cerulean City Poke Center. She will trade with you if you bring her a normal Rattata and you can trade with her as many times as you want. If you don’t have an extra Rattata you can find one roaming in the grass to the left of Cerulean City. They might take a couple of Pokemon to spawn but they are there. If not, you will have to travel far away to grab another one.
