Ancient Fragments in Monster Hunter World Iceborne are similar to the Evil Cloths in the original game. Send out your Trail rider Safari and hope you get lucky. This isn’t something you will be able to farm, you just have to do missions and hope the cats bring it back. I have only found them in the Wildspire Wastes so far but I don’t see why they wouldn’t drop in any of the other spots on the map. Make sure they are sent out on Master Rank safaris as well or else you’ll get the old materials. Keep up the grind and you will get enough eventually.
