The item you are looking for is called an Ode to an Axe. It’s the poem written by the spirit. I’m not sure the location matters but you can find it while fishing as you explore the world. When you fish, there’s a small chance that you will fish up a Message in A Bottle. If you do, open your inventory and select the bottle, then open the bottle. It’s not guaranteed to be an Ode to an Axe as you can get maps and other items in the bottles also.
