When you launch Destiny 2 Forsaken, you will get a mission to join Cayde in a prison. Start that mission and continue the story. In order to get Cayde’s stash you will have to progress to a certain point in the story. I don’t want to spoil to much at this moment but I will tell you that you cannot miss the stash, it is rewarded to you after you defeat a certain enemy. After Cayde passes, go to the gunsmith and he will give you a quest to reclaim Cayde’s gun, the Ace Of Spades.
After you beat the campaign, head back to the Tower and speak with Amanda Holliday. She will ask you about the end and then give you Cayde’s ship and his other goodies from the stash.
