In Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee, you can catch Pikachu very early in the game. However, for those that purchase Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu, it takes a while longer before you are able to catch the starting Pokemon from the opposite version. You need to progress through the game until you reach Route 17.

Eevee can be found here on Route 17. It’s a very common spawn so once you reach the area, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding one. To reach Route 17 you must first obtain 4 gym badges and then get the Silph Scope so you can complete Lavender Town Pokemon Tower.

This rewards you with the Poke Flute. You can then use the Poke Flute to wake Snorlax that’s North of Route 17. From there, follow the route down to the South and you’ll find Eevee there.
