Once you reach a certain part of the story you unlock Spiders new hub and with it, a variety of new Bounties you can complete. However, you have to purchase the bounties from Spider using a new currency – Ghost Fragments.

Ghost Fragments are quite common. The fastest way to obtain then is to complete Public Events, as you typically get a single Ghost Fragment for each one you can complete. They are also given as rewards for doing random patrols and other tasks. They are also found in random chests scattered throughout The Tangled Shore.

You only need a few Ghost Fragments to get the required amount to complete. Once you have some Ghost Fragments, return to Spider and then you can spend the Ghost Fragments to unlock new Bounties that you can complete.
