As you progress through Final Fantasy XV: Comrades you will randomly get a message when returning to town that covers the entire screen. It informs you that Gladiolus has arrived to visit in town. However, it does not tell you where.

Where To Find Gladiolus In Final Fantasy XV Comrades Location

Head to the Power Station, just as you approach the gated off area turn left. Right where my character is standing. This is where you can find Glaiolus when he visits town. If you speak with him he will challenge you to a practice fight. If you beat him, he leaves town and you get the weapon Samoji.
