Once you have accepted the Bounty, you’re given a simple clue. The clue for this bounty reads:

Last Seen: Phoros Woodlands (Sighted in the Southern Region). It has a danger rating of 1 star and rewards you with 1x Cooking Bread for completing the bounty.

You can find the Goblin Archer at this location. Do not approach from the road leading from the West, you want to approach from the North. Follow the dirt road until you reach the bridge, the small bridge just North of where I am standing.

Don’t cross the bridge, instead, head to the right as you approach the bridge. This leads to a large cavern. You will find the Goblin Archer sitting inside the cavern. It has a red aura glowing around it, to represent that it is a bounty target.
