If you successfully finished a race or open a Live Event reward but were otherwise able to physically collect the items, there’s a good chance they were sent to your HQ Mailbox. There are several of these scattered around the country, represented by large containers at specific HQ’s for each of the different vehicle types.
Unfortunately there is not a single mailbox that acts as a collection point for all loot. The location of your loot in a HQ Mailbox is dependent on the race or vehicle you were in when the loot was lost or not collected. Street Racing HQ Mailbox
You can find the Street Racing HQ Mailbox in the Street Racing HQ on the West Coast. It’s in Los Angeles, in the South West corner of the city. Below is a list of what vehicle loot is saved here.

Offroad HQ Mailbox
You can find the Offroad HQ Mailbox in the Offroad HQ in Central America. It’s located out in the deserts, North West of Dallas and South West of Santa Fe. The following vehicle types will have loot returned to this mailbox.
- Rally Cross (RX)
- Motocross (MX)
- Rally Raid (RR)
Freestyle HQ Mailbox
You can find the Freestyle HQ Mailbox in the Freestyle HQ in Central America. It is located a short distance North East of Las Vegas, South West of Salt Lake City and the Great Salt Lake. The following vehicles will have loot returned here:
- Jet Sprint (JS)
- Monster Truck (MT)
- Aerobatics (AB)
Pro Racing HQ Mailbox
You can find the Pro Racing HQ Mailbox in the Pro Racing HQ on the East Coast. It’s located in New York, South West of the river a short distance from the Jersey Racing Track. The following vehicles use this HQ Mailbox for their loot:
- Touring Car (TC)
- Air Race (AR)
- Power Boat (PB)
